The exports will be the first to sustain the fallout of the crisis

According to Djilali Tariket, Chief Executive Officer of the Compagnie Algérienne d'Assurance et de Garantie des Exportations (CAGEX), the exports will be the first to sustain the fallout of the international financial crisis. The major risk pertains to unpaid dues by bankrupt foreign partners. The Algerian exportation turnover, excluding hydrocarbons, amounts to 3 billion USD.
