Labuan Re appoints Chan Swee Chee as Chief Underwriting Officer

Chan Swee Chee has been appointed Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) of Labuan Re, effective 14 September 2026.

C. Chee brings 28 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry across Asia and the Middle East.

Throughout his career, he has held senior positions at Royal & Sun Alliance Re (Singapore), Samsung Re (Singapore), Asia Capital Re-Takaful (Bahrain), and JLT Re (United Kingdom).
