QIC adds new features to its digital ecosystem

Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) has introduced a series of new features to enhance its digital ecosystem.

Among the latest additions is a driver’s license exam simulator, available free of charge through the qic.online platform. The tool provides educational modules covering traffic laws, road signs, and the fundamentals of safe driving.

The update also introduces the “Stories” feature on the QIC mobile app. Designed to make insurance concepts more accessible, the interactive feature explains complex topics through dynamic and engaging storytelling.

Meanwhile, QIC’s “Coins” loyalty programme, launched by the group in 2025, has been extended to QIC Market. Users can now earn Coins by listing their cars for sale and redeem them for a range of lifestyle rewards, including travel accessories, car-care products, and electronic devices.
