Based in Monaco, Ascoma has over 850 employees in 23 subsidiaries and 21 African countries. Chedid Capital has a network of 64 subsidiaries and 1 600 employees of over 50 nationalities on three continents. The company currently manages over 1 billion EUR (1.1 billion USD) in premiums.

Both companies are chaired and managed by Farid Chedid.
