ACAPS President Hassan Boubrik becomes General Manager of CNSS

Hassan Boubrik has been appointed General Manager of the National Social Security Fund (CNSS). He replaces Abdellatif Mortaki, who has been acting as interim manager of the CNSS since the departure of Said Ahmidouch in February 2019. This decision was taken at the end of the Council of Ministers that was held on 11 February 2021.

Since 2016, Boubrik has acted as President of the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS). Prior to joining ACAPS, he has been the Manager of insurance and social security at the Ministry of Economy and Finance since January 2011.

Boubrik holds a degree in statistician-economics from the "École Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Économique" (ENSAE Paris). He also operates as chairman of the Board of Directors of the pan-African reinsurer Africa Re.
