AM Best confirms IGI's A rating

AM Best has confirmed International General Insurance Holdings, IGI's financial strength rating of A with a stable outlook. This rating also applies to the group's two subsidiaries: International General Insurance (Bermuda) and International General Insurance Company (UK).

The agency justified its decision by the strength of the group's balance sheet and its good operating performance. Still according to the agency, IGI has a well-diversified business portfolio by class of business and by region.
