Amana Cooperative Insurance: share capital increase

Amana Cooperative InsuranceAmana Cooperative Insurance is filing an application with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to increase its share capital. The latter would go from 130 million SAR (34.6 million USD) to 430 million SAR (114.5 million USD).

This decision came after the merger project between Amana and Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance was halted.

The capital increase operation helps support the company's future plans and improve its solvency margin.
