AMI Assurances changes its legal status and inaugurates a new headquarters

AMI Assurances has announced its demutualization and change of its status into a limited company. The current 65 000 members will have the status of shareholder dotted with twenty shares each.
This process would be accompanied by a capital increase. An IPO and the entry of a strategic partner are also part of the project. The entire transaction is lilkely to close at the end of the first half of 2014.
Note that AMI has opened in December 27, 2013 its new headquarters, located at Lac II, Tunis.
