Amine Hamdi reappointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of MAE
The elective General Assembly of the Mutuelle Assurance de l'Enseignement (MAE) was held on 14 November 2021 in Tunis. On this occasion, Amine Hamdi was reappointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.
Eight other members were elected or re-elected to the Board of Directors:

- Mohsen Rezgui
- Hafedh Boukhris
- Mohamed Marouan Beltaïef
- Anis Maâroufi
- Faouzi Mediouni
- Abdelkrim el May
- Samir Meddeb
It is worth noting that the elections did not take place at an earlier date due to restrictions related to the health crisis. The current mandate is for a period of one year.
