Assurances Maghrebia: Initial Public Offering

During the ordinary general assembly which took place on 22 July 2020, the shareholders of Assurances Maghrebia approved the decision to expand the company's capital.

They requested the admission of the company's shares to the Tunis Stock Exchange (BVMT). Founded in 1973, Assurances Maghrebia is a significant stakeholder in the Tunisian insurance market.

In 2019, Assurances Maghrebia (a non-life company) recorded a turnover of 172.331 million TND (61.511 million USD). During the same year, Maghrebia Vie (life company) has recorded 66.144 million TND (23.609 million USD) of premiums.

The group's turnover amounted to 238.475 million TND (85.12 million USD) in 2019.
