AtlantaSanad merger officially completed

Following the approval of the Moroccan insurance supervisory authorities, the planned merger of Atlanta and its subsidiary Sanad received, on 25 September 2020, the shareholders' agreement of the two insurance companies. Thus, the transaction was fully finalized.

With an estimated 11% market share, AtlantaSanad is the second largest non-life insurer in Morocco.

The new entity's presidency would be held by Mohamed Hassan Bensalah, CEO of the Holmarcom group.

This operation is part of the group's strategic plan for the next five years.
