Aviva France rebrands as Abeille Assurances

Aviva France has changed its nameAviva France has changed its name to Abeille Assurances. This rebranding comes with a new logo featuring the colors black and yellow.

This initiative follows the acquisition of the French subsidiary of the British group by Aéma for an amount of 3.2 billion EUR (3.7 billion USD).

Aviva France was originally called Abeille Assurances at the time of its creation in 1856. The Abeille brand was removed at the end of the 1990s before creating the Aviva brand in 2002, which was the product of the merger between Commercial Union, General Accident and Norwich Union.
