Axa, aggressive expansion strategy in the Gulf

Axa Insurance Gulf has launched its new «Axa Shop» located in the Dubai Mall, one of the busiest places in Dubai. This agency offers a wide range of insurance covers designed for individuals. Products for small and medium enterprises will be distributed in the second stage.

The French insurer is one of the most important players in the region where it is adopting an aggressive policy of expansion. The group now has more than twenty outlets of its kind in the Gulf and plans to open more than ten by the end of the year. The customers of Axa have therefore the opportunity to get informed and underwrite policies through several distribution channels: agencies, call centers or internet.
