BH Assurance: turnover increase as of 30 September 2021

During the first nine months of 2021, BH Assurance recorded a 17% turnover increase. The last one went from 94.8 million TND (33.7 million USD) as of 30 September 2020 to 110.8 million TND (39.4 million USD) one year later.

Non-life premiums stood at 70.5 million TND (25.06 million USD) compared to 40.3 million TND (14.3 million USD) for the life business.

The incurred losses amounted to 59.6 million TND (21.2 million USD) at the end of September 2021, which represents an evolution of 35%. Such increase is linked to higher loss experience in the life and motor activities.

During the period under review, investment products amounted to 11.9 million TND (4.2 million USD), which represents a growth of 3.5% over one year.
