Brahim Kessali, CEO of CAAR, joins the Ministry of Finance

Brahim Kessali, former CEO of the Algerian Insurance and Reinsurance Fund (CAAR) and President of the Algerian Union of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies (UAR), has been recently named Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance.

His successor at the CAAR has not yet been appointed. Until the appointment of the new CEO, the company's interim management is headed by Zouhair Laïche, the current Deputy Managing Director.
