Chairman of Swiss Re leaves the group one year before the end of his term

The last episode in the series of shake-up touching leaders of Switzerland's biggest companies features the premature departure of Swiss Re's chairman, Peter Forstmoser, one year before the end of his term to be replaced by Walter Kielholz, Vice Chairman of its board and Chairman of Crédit Suisse.
Last February, Swiss Re already announced the departure of its CEO Jacques Aigrain, who was replaced by Stefen Lippe. As a reminder, Swiss Re posted 824 million USD of net losses in 2008.
