Fitch has downgraded S&P rating

Following lawsuits by American authorities against S&P, Fitch has lowered to BBB+ the rating of McGraw-Hill, the parent company of the renowned rating agency.
This lawsuit has financially strained Standard & Poor's from which the State is asking for 5 billion USD in damages. The outlook associated with this rating are negative, which means that a new short-term degradation is possible.
Moody's could suffer the same fate as S&P, being suspected by the authorities of trying to mislead investors before the crisis of 2008.
