GAT Assurances, capital increase

GAT Assurances has finalized a capital increase of 10 million TND ( 6 098 300 USD) by issuing 1 000 000 new shares at a price of 20 TND (12.18 USD) per share. GAT’s capital has now attained 45 million TND (27.44 million USD) . The share capital increase was passed by the extraordinary general meeting on March 18.
