Insure Direct is establishing a holding with IRS

Following their merger in 2009, Insure Direct and IRS (Independent Risk Solution) have set up BWS (Brokerage World Solutions) a joint holding specialized in brokerage. Registered in Malta, BWS will be entrusted with the Middle East operations thanks to Insure Direct's office in Dubai. BWS will be offering its insurance and risk management services. BWS has recently launched BWS UK in order to operate on the European markets.
