Insurers, concerned about flooding

The floods that ravaged Great Britain since the beginning of the year make insurers quite anxious.

The results of the first bad weather already reported several thousand homes flooded in the Thames Valley, and lines of railways and roads blocked.

For KPMG, it is undoubtedly the "worst floods" the British insurance industry has known.

Damage could amount to more than 5 billion USD, according to the investment specialist, Shore Capital.
