NSIA completes acquisition of four African subsidiaries of Sanlam Group

The Ivorian group NSIA has been authorized from the relevant authorities for the acquisition of four subsidiaries of Sanlam.

Announced in September 2021, the transaction deals with Sanlam's life entities in Togo and Gabon as well as the South African group's non-life companies in Congo and Guinea.

Through this initiative, NSIA aims to further develop and consolidate its insurance activities in Central and West Africa while operating in twelve countries: Benin, Cameroon, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Nigeria, Senegal and Togo.
