RMA offers e-health services

The insurer RMA is launching an innovative service of e-health. The new platform is offering coaching services for the health care provided to policyholders through the use of a smartphone called eSphera. The latter has been designed in partnership with the Spanish company Sphera Golbal Health Care.

Thanks to this tool, the policyholders have access to various services including telephone consultation, a second medical opinion, the screening of consultation videos, and electronic archiving of medical files. Apart from consultation via telephone and videos, e-health services, baptized “Allo Santé” are free of charge for the members.
