RMA Watanya simplifies the management of motor claims

RMA Watanya launched «Hifad Express Mobile», a free service for smartphone designed to make an appointment with an adjuster of the company, in the event of an accident. The content of the expertise report is then validated by the insured via smartphone. Loss assessment is provided by the adjuster, which enables the insured to get a compensation voucher immediately. Claim settlement is then carried out at any agency of RMA Watanya. This service works for material damages worth less than 20 000 MAD (2 375 USD). Another condition, only roadworthy vehicles are eligible to this procedure.
