SCOR awards an exceptional bonus to its employees
Scor Group has announced the payment of an exceptional bonus of 1000 EUR (1140 USD) to its employees in France whose wages are 1.5 times lower than the minimum wage. This bonus amounts to 500 EUR (570 USD) for those whose remuneration ranges between 1.5 and 2.5 times the minimum wage. This gratuity which will be paid before the end of February 2019 involves 30% of SCOR's workforce in France.
This provision is part of the latest measures adopted by the French Parliament to improve the purchasing power.
All of the group's staff members around the world receive performance shares. Nearly 1 million of SCOR shares were distributed to more than 2 800 employees in December 2018.
As of January 1, 2019, the gross monthly minimum wage amounts to 1 521 EUR (1735 USD).
