SCOR launches a capital increase of 376.7 million EUR

The French insurer has started a capital increase of 376.7 million EUR (493.5 milllion USD). This move enables SCOR to finalise the funding of German Revios takeover. The overall cost pertaining to the acquisition of Revios amounts to 675 million EUR (884 million USD).
On the other hand, SCOR has raised to 39.7% its stakes in Dutch ReMark's capital, a company dealing with the direct distribution of personal line insurance.
