Scor signs a global charter on professional equality between men and women
Scor has signed a global charter on equality between men and women.
This agreement is an extension of the European charter signed in 2015 by the French reinsurer.
It deploys the principles mentioned in the first treaty to all the group's offices worldwide.
Through this act, SCOR is strengthening its commitment to gender diversity. The ratified document establishes out a set of rules on "recruitment and hiring, career development, access to the highest levels of responsibility for women and men, professional training, pay equality and work-life balance"
