SONAS training workshop
The Société Nationale d’Assurances (SONAS) organized from 14 to 19 October 2019 a seminar to strengthen the technical capacity of its executives and agents.
The workshop was chaired by Gilbert Badibanga, the company's deputy general manager, in the presence of the Chairman of the Board Jean-Robert Kumabwenyi. The training focused on non-life insurance and sales techniques.
The seminar's objective was to consolidate the skills of SONAS employees in order to meet the international standards. Three discussion panels were set up during the five-day training: motor insurance, professional multi-risk insurance and marine insurance.
