Startup Alan aims to expand in Europe

ALANAlan, a French insurance startup, plans to open two new offices in Europe by the end of 2020.

The operation would cost between 6.64 million and 11.06 million USD The insurtech has chosen Spain and Belgium, two countries with low competition in the health field.

Alan, which initially focused on a small audience in 2016, is now targeting 100 000 policyholders by the end of 2020. The startup has allocated 55 million EUR to finance its international expansion.
