The 10th seminar on insurance and development will be held in Tehran

The 10th seminar on insurance and development will be held beginning of December in Tehran around the theme: “The Public Conscience in the Development of Insurance in Iran.” With the progressive disengagement of the state from public companies and the pace of the new reforms, the Iranian insurance sector is expected to increase rapidly. In 2002, the turnover of collected premiums reached 1.1 billion USD, a progression of 59% over last year's turnover.
