The development project of AIO’s mortality table is at a standstill

The African Insurance Organization and the World Bank are collaborating to create the African mortality tables. Yet this initiative is slow. The second phase of the project has not yet started since the countries selected for the completion of the study in East and West Africa had to be replaced or abandoned. The Secretary General of the AIO is committed to quickly resuming the project.
