The insurer of the gulf champion, Tiger Woods refuses to indemnify him

Following the lawsuit lodged by the gulf champion Tiger Woods for abusive use of his name and of his private yacht's image by a ship builder, the insurer of the latter, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. has refused to pay 1.6 million USD in damages claiming his client has accepted the court's decision without his agreement.
