The legendary hotel Waldorf Astoria bought by a Chinese insurer

Hilton Worldwide has published a release announcing the sell out of its legendary hotel of New-York (United States), the Waldorf Astoria.

The hotel has been sold to the Chinese group Anbang Insurance for the amount of 1.95 billion USD.

The agreemnt signed between the two entities leaves the management of the Waldorf Asoria to the Hilton group for the next hundred years.
