The total deregulation of the motor third party liability tariff is expected

The supervisory authorities have, since 2006, established a gradual process for the deregulation of the motor third party liability tariffs. Premium rates may, therefore, increase in line with the insured's level of loss experience. This procedure is likely to exclude a number of insured having a high loss experience. The ministry of finance has launched a bid designed to calculate the impact of non-insurable profiles. This move is a mandatory step before the total tariff deregulation of the motor insurance.
