Tunisians disappointed with their insurers

A survey has revealed that almost 58% of Tunisian people are dissatisfied with their insurers. Over the grand Tunis area, more than 46% of the insured have made recourse to justice in order to settle some disputes with some insurance companies.

Nearly 51% of the dwellers in Tunis city and its suburbs have expressed disappointment by the services available, especially by the non-respect of claim payment deadlines. The absence of distance information system stands as an additional discontent.
