Two new appointments at the head of the Apref

Two new appointments at the head of the Association of Reinsurance Professionals in France (Apref).

Bertrand Romagné has become president of the association. He succeeds Denis Kessler, CEO of Scor. B. Romagné has held senior positions at MMA and Mans Re, and is currently Head of "non life treaties" department of XL Re Europe.

Bertrand Labilloy has been appointed vice president of Apref to replace Ivo Hux (Swiss Re). Holder of bachelor's degree in actuarial studies, Labilloy has been general manager of CCR (Paris) since January 2015 and CEO of CCR Re since 2016.
