Two women at the top of NSIA Guinea's management team

NSIA Guinea, a subsidiary of the NSIA group, has made two new appointments for senior management positions.

Maïmouna Barry Baldé has been appointed General Manager of NSIA Assurances Guinée.

A graduate of Hassan II Aïn Chock University in Casablanca and the Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration (ISCAE), Morocco, M. Barry Baldé has 17 years of professional experience.

She joined the NSIA group in 2015 as Deputy General Manager of NSIA Assurances Guinea. In 2020, she became General Manager of NSIA Vie Assurances Guinea.

Christelle Dieng Zongo has been promoted General Manager of NSIA Banque Guinea. C. Dieng Zongo joined the group's Guinean subsidiary in 2013 where, in eight years of activity, she has held several management positions, including recently that of Deputy General Manager.

These two promotions are part of the group's commitment to encourage female leadership and ensure gender parity.
