The 2nd conferences for the regulation of the insurance sector (Aresa)

The second conferences for the regulation of the insurance sector (Aresa) will take place in early March 2018 in Gabon. This meeting, held by the national insurance department (DNA) is aimed at building trust between insured and insurers.

Composed of seven life and four non life insurance companies, the Gabonese insurance market generated 105.629 billion FCFA (169.8 million USD) in premium volume in 2016, an 11.12% decrease in comparison with the 118.881 billion FCFA (198 million USD) reported in 2015.
