Bajaj Finserv to launch reinsurance subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Indian financial holding company Bajaj Finserv has approved the establishment of a wholly owned reinsurance subsidiary, Bajaj Reinsurance Limited, subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.

Bajaj Finserv operates in India’s insurance market through its subsidiaries, Bajaj Life Insurance and Bajaj General Insurance.
