Air France delays will henceforth be insured

Air France has just launched a proactive insurance cover in partnership with Allianz Travel. Hence, in the event of a flight delay of more than two hours, passengers who have underwritten an insurance cover with Allianz Travel and purchased their ticket on Air France website can henceforth receive compensation of 50 euros (66.2 USD). The latter will be paid within a maximum of 5 days. Compensation applies to all flights operated by Air France and all destinations.

This compensation will be added to the one paid by the airline company in accordance with the European regulations.
