Al Madina Insurance raises 95.3 million USD in public offering

Al Madina Insurance, the country’s first takaful insurer in the country, closed its 66 666 670 share listing period, collecting 36.6 million OMR (95.3 million USD). This listing has been underwritten 3.92 times, which confirms its success. Following this operation, Al Madina Insurance now has a paid-up capital worth 16.67 million OMR (43 million USD).
