Allianz acquires Zurich Assurances Maroc for 274 million USD

Already present in 15 African countries, the Allianz Group has announced the purchase of the subsidiary Zurich Assurances Maroc for an amount of 274 million USD.

This transaction should be finalized by the end of 2016 and will allow Allianz to underwrite non life, life and health insurance in Morocco.

As a reminder, Zurich Assurances Maroc achieved a turnover of 124.6 million USD in 2015.
