AMI Assurances strengthens its financial base

The board of directors of AMI Assurances has decided to increase the shareholder's equity of the company by 70 million TND (29.4 million USD) to cover additional needs of its provisions.

The improvement of the financial base will be accompanied by a new strategic plan initiated by the new management team.

As a reminder, Mohamed Skander Naija has been replacing Lamjed Boukhris since December 2017 as general manager.
