AMI Assurances: towards a capital increase of 33 million TND

The Board of Directors of AMI Insurances will meet on the 3 October 2015 at an extraordinary general meeting. The insurer plans to increase its capital with an additional contribution of 33 million TND (USD 16.92 million).

As a reminder, AMI Insurance closed the year 2014 with shareholder's equity below the regulatory threshold, estimated at 7 million TND (3.76 million USD).
