April completes acquisition of Lexham Insurance

French brokerage group April has finalized the acquisition of Lexham Insurance, a British broker specializing in two-wheeler insurance.

This transaction is part of April's strategy to strengthen its position in the UK market, where it has been present since 2012 through its expatriate insurance business.

Lexham Insurance will continue to be managed by its CEO James Miller.
