Winners of the AIO Hall of Fame Award

The African Insurance Organization (AIO) has announced the winners of its Hall of Fame Awards, recognizing individuals and companies that have made outstanding contributions to the development of Africa’s insurance industry.

Three awards were presented in the following categories:

• Individual Category: Jean Kacou Diagou
• Insurance Company Category: Britam Insurance Company Kenya
• Reinsurance Company Category: Africa Re

The winners were announced during the closing ceremony of the 52^nd AIO Conference and General Assembly, held on 9 June 2026 in Cairo, Egypt.
