Deadline for filing quarterly financial statements extended for Egyptian insurers

The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) has approved an extension of the deadline for insurance companies operating in Egypt to submit their financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2026. The filing deadline has been extended from 15 June 2026 to 30 June 2026.

The decision is intended to streamline regulatory procedures and provide insurers with additional time to prepare and submit their financial statements and auditors' reports.
