Kuwaiti insurers required to disclose number and percentage of national workforce

The Kuwaiti Insurance Regulatory Unit (IRU) requires insurers under its supervision to report the number and percentage of Kuwaiti nationals employed in the sector.

Insurers must submit a form detailing their workforce composition within 90 days of the end of each fiscal year.

According to the IRU, failure to comply with this requirement may result in legal action against the offending company.
