Sun Life establishes Bermuda subsidiary

Canadian insurance and financial services group Sun Life is establishing a new subsidiary in Bermuda.

Sun Life Bermuda Limited is licensed and regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) and will operate alongside Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada’s Bermuda branch.

The new entity will offer life insurance products tailored to the needs of high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
