Assurance Hayett: Dividend distribution

The Ordinary General Meeting of Assurance Hayett, COMAR's life subsidiary, was held on 7 August 2020 in Tunis. On this occasion, the board of directors distributed a dividend of 20 TND (7.13 USD) per share for the year 2019, that is, a total of 3 million TND (1.07 million USD).

For the record, Assurance Hayett closed the year 2019 with a net result of 6.58 million TND (2.35 million USD).
