ASTREE: payment of dividend worth 6 TND per share

The Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) of the insurance and reinsurance company: ASTREE, will be held on 30 June 2020.

During the session, the Board of Directors is to propose to the General Meeting the distribution of a dividend of 6 TND (2.14 USD) per share with a nominal value of 5 TND (1.74 USD) for the year 2019.

In 2019, the insurer's net profit amounted to 51.2 million TND (18.27 million USD).
